There are many opportunities to participate in ACEI’s organization: meetings, community service projects, and fundraising events.

ACEI also participates in the Texas State Organization Fair in an effort to raise awareness of its benefits and recruit new members.

Some highlights of the organization’s activities have been Bobcat Build and bringing in a children book author during the fall 2013 semester. Julia Cook, author of “But It’s Just a Game” and other children’s books came to Texas State to speak with students about teaching, her writing, and motivating the unmotivated children in school.
