This page will contain the work I have done while in school as well as the work experience I've been able to muster up recently.
I currently attend Texas State University. I am graduating with a creative writing English degree and a journalism minor. I came to Texas State in Fall 2011 and managed to graduate in three years. However, I was able to experience and learn a lot in those three years. I took a huge variety of classes, joined organizations and even worked as an intern for a semester.
As an English major I have taken literature classes and my creative writing workshop classes. I was also able to, through the English department, participate in an internship class for the Fall 2013 semester. I interned at Cibolo, Texas, for the police department writing documents and memos.
As a journalism minor, I've had a lot of freedom with my classes (along with my electives from my major), so I have been able to gain skills in the basic journalism field while also learning about photography, newspaper and magazine design, social media, and web design.
